PC Peripherals Heat Sink and Fans suggestion

I read in the Antec 300 manual that I must put 2 front-side fans for system to work in a cool environment. I need two 120mm fans for that. Can anyone recommend some. After looking at the price/quality combination of CM's cabinets, I don't trust them anymore :(

2nd, want to put a heat-sink on my Gigabyte 880GM-UD2H mobo with AM3 socket (using Athlon II X3 440 CPU). Any advise ?

I am open to online purchase for these.

I am looking at just good quality fan and heatsink, not very high kind of thing. Heatsink ~ 2-3K, Fan ~ 1K
 
^I have the same query as the OP. Temp for my current rig hangs around 50-58 degree for CPU & Mobo and 60-65 degree for the GPU on full load. As my cabinet can hold just 2 120mm fans I am thinking of replacing the stock fans with some better one and add a CPU cooler maybe Hyper 212 plus.

How good are the CM Excalibur fans compared to the one which you have suggested?
