You get bigger screen. More RAM/ROM, 3G, expandable memory.
You will get free winmo 6.5 from HTC when M$ launches it, better TF3D, better address book, better sms handling, screen is big big improvement in terms of sensitivity and quality. And most importantly it feels more sturdy in hands. It does not feel as fragile as my past HTC devices did.
Its overpriced at the moment, no doubt about it. but well thats the price you pay for bling when item is new
