Is it just me or is this website a bit too restrictive to newcomers, kinda surprised it still alive
Probably posts that the mods feel don't contribute to the conversations. Basically follow this: don't spam, only message when you're contributing to a thread. You can check my postings to see which messages "contribute"/get through. Is it just me or the new rules for new members are a bit too harsh? I have posted a few replies to a few threads but all of them got removed for some reason, cannot figure out why...There is a good chance this post might not get approved in the first place. What am I doing wrong?
Not sure if I would call this a 0 value comment..Probably posts that the mods feel don't contribute to the conversations. Basically follow this: don't spam, only message when you're contributing to a thread. You can check my postings to see which messages "contribute"/get through.
Also the market restricted tag is a medal of honor for new recruits >: ), but don't aspire for it.
Not approved yet. Sometimes messages just take (a lot of) time to get through because of the manual approval relying on some 8 people. If it doesn't get through I have a few guesses as to why but I'm not experienced in this field so I can't say.Not sure if I would call this a 0 value comment..
Considering 5600x3d is only available in us,i think this comment add exactly "0" value. Not sure if I would call this a 0 value comment..
Back in the classical age, TechEnclave used to have somebody order stuff in the US and ship them to India, on his own.Considering 5600x3d is only available in us,i think this comment add exactly "0" value.
Technically 0 has tremendous value, but only when something is behind ,supporting it.Back in the classical age, TechEnclave used to have somebody order stuff in the US and ship them to India, on his own.
So technically there is value in this Zero.

The core functionality of this forum is not the 'Classifieds'. It's a spillover.the core functionality of the website, which is what draws users to it.
10. The Market section on TechEnclave is provided for the convenience of its members to off load any 'excess baggage' they have.
The Buy-Sell is NOT the core functionality of this forum. It is precisely the reason why Buy-Sell is restricted for new members. If any member has joined here soley for by-sell then they should be looking at other avenues.I've also been finding it extremely difficult to PM someone as I don't get the option since I don't fulfil some criteria for it. This has led to my posts on Buy Sell Trade Threads await for approval, and before the approval can be done, the product is already sold. I appreciate having the restrictions since it ensures that there are only high-quality members on this forum, however it seems to be restricting the core functionality of the website, which is what draws users to it.
