i dont know what PSU you have but my suggestion would be to get a couple of HD 6950 1GBs if you can stretch your budget to include a decent PSU from antec/seasonic/corsair....else assuming you have atleast a 650 W PSU of reputed make go for a couple of HD 6850s @ ~20k...it wont be bottlenecked by your proccy...moreover assuming you will be gaming at 1920x1080 2xHD 6850s will be just fine...BUT if I were you I would put my 25k to good use and get myself a GTX 580 and take out the multi-gpu compatibility headaches out of the equation...hope this doesnt confuse you anymore than you already are :P
