HELP GTA ONLINE PROBLEM

Please guys help me fix this :
"SUCCESS"A new content pack has been installed,Returning to Story mode
Please don't say to re download it as my internet speed is very low
 
A quick Google search says that one needs to delete updates and re-install updates. Also I suppose this is for console.
