Help! I can't open any google site!!

For past 4 days I am not able to acess any google sites no google.com,no gmail or orkut .whats wrong? I have a bsnl broadband connection.
Help!:huh:
life without google is wierd! tried some other search engines , finally settled with yahoo, any other nice search engines I shoul know about.

Scan your PC for spyware/trojans. And try using a proxy to access the sites.

Even i am having the same problem, try this for google, it will work, but gmail and orkut will not

try changing your dns servers...try open dns...

You are probably on BSNL/MTNL. This problem will resolve itself. Use proxies till then

Yes! i have a bsnl connection.And after a spyware doctor scan , google is working again, there was some 'backdoor.coolkey ' thing.

So bsnl users are having this problem.Where do I get proxies from,I mean working proxies, most of them don't work.

use sites..

Like GingerProxy - Free Proxy - Anonymous Proxy - Secure Proxy - Unblock Myspace Proxy -Unblock Orkut Proxy etc

Or someone suggested use OpenDNS. Maybe that'l work too.

Go to connection properties and change the dns servers to

4.2.2.2

and
Alternate dns to

208.67.220.220
Had the same prob since few days...
Funny thing is sometimes firefox was able to open while ie was not...then even firefox started screwing up..

Now everything works fine...

The first server is A&t level 3 dns server and second is by open dns..
