Security Software HELP: Infected by W32.Shangxing.A worm

My NAV2005 detected this worm and it has infected windows.exe file in WINDOWS/System/System32 folder...
Since then my Task Manager, Registry Editor cannot be opened and after pressing Crtl+Alt+Del , i get this msg : "Task Man. has been disabled by your Administrator"...I cant go to the REGEDIT and delete the infected keys..
Also i cant access my hidden folder options from the Tools Menu in Windows Explorer..

dude..i`ve already gone thru that before posting it out here..

problem is that Norton cannot fix/clean that worm..Also i cant do it manually since the Task Manager/Regedit has got disabled due to that worm..

what else have you tried? tried a clean reformat and reinstall?

before that maybe try the ultimate boot cd with clamav or some other bootable antivirus so that you boot into a clean environment from where you can run AV software... see Is there a Bootable AntiVirus and Anti Spyware Program that.....?

i think better, assuming internet/broadband/knowledgebase.
u would have added make copy of important data required.

Right, when my PC got infected with some trojans I did a clean reformat and reinstall to be safe I already had backups or took latest files that I needed before doing this...

Try bitdefender online scan.i dnt know if it can clean urs,but it has worked for all of mine.

If you need to enable regedit and taskman use these :

Enable/Disable registry editing tools ← Registry tweaks ← Tutorials : advanced ← MPAM Rebooted

and

Fix Task Manager - Software tool to Enable Task Manager Enable Windows Task Manager

then follow the manual removal instructions and scan again

try Kaspersky online scanner it's,also u can try the bitdefender online scanner.. but the prob wth online scanners is tht they can delete imp files wthout notifying u
