Well, guys I looked up the threads there are already on Micro oven. But still I'm creating this instead of bumping up old threads.

My Budget is actually nothing. I want the best / VFM convection that is cheapest in market :bleh: But I'd like to stay under 10k.

After looking at few..I choosed..

1. Product: 23SC3 (Most Preferred)

2. LG MC2149BB Microwave Oven - 21Litres, 44Auto Cook Menu including 22 Indian dishes - LG Electronics IN (2nd in preference)

3. http://www.samsung.com/in/consumer/.../XTL/index.idx?pagetype=prd_detail&returnurl= / http://www.samsung.com/in/consumer/.../XTL/index.idx?pagetype=prd_detail&returnurl= (New entry in list after reading up other threads on TE)

So what do you guys think?? You can suggest anything else if you have good experience with that product.

I'm surely trying to do my homework as best as I can, like reading up reviews and comparing etc.

When U buy a Micro for long term use, please ensure that u buy one with a Stainless Steel Cavity, all other Cavities are Painted with enamel which does not last.

That means only IFB and LG uses stainless steel cavity.

But Samsung one has low wattage rating.

Still which one would you suggest between these three?? You can suggest me something else too..!!

But many peoples says that IFB is the best when it comes to Micro ovens. Is that so??

And the main thing, A.S.S. I guess Samsung or LG will rock there. Never heard of IFB.

Yes I am using it. I am very happy with it.

Since Kenstar is part of Videocon group, A.S.S is handled by Videocon.

I didn't require to have a service for this microwave yet, but the service for a Videocon washing machine was great.

They replaced my 6 month old washing machine with a new one because somehow the top plastic had turned from white to yellowish (this anyway is not covered in warranty).

I got this for 11 grand last week

Sharp

Its stainless steel inside, has dual grills, convection and a 900W microwave.

Also it has a weight sensor which automatically decides cooking time.

The MRP was 13k with a rice cooker thrown in for free. I forfeited the rice cooker and just got the oven for 11k.

Also compared to my previous LG which decided to suddenly die on me, this cooks way faster.

A glass of rice which used to take 25mins in the LG gets done in under 20mins.

+1 for the Sharp microwave which is recommended by Chaos. My brother has this microwave since last 4 years and it is flawless.
