Help me choose a decent wrist watch

First of all, I have no clue how to go about selecting a watch. Please list some guidelines that I should follow. My budget would be 10k-20k. I currently own a simple titan watch.

Few preferences:

1) scratch proof glass

2) non metal strap preferred (metal would do too)

3) time should be easy to read (some omega watches i saw are difficult to read for example 1040am vs 1140am)

4) should be decent/elite looking

5) No fancy functions like heartbeat/eyeblink monitor etc needed. Simple functions like Alarm, etc would be a plus point.

I will be going to some malls to choose from Sieko,Citizen, etc companies.

check the Tissot PRC200 or the PRS200 series, with discount should be around 15-16k

go for entry level watches from Seiko, Citizen, Even now Casio has also launched some premium watches too!!

if u want a bit sporty watches , i wud suggest the casio edifice series , like 534D , 521SP,

they are little heavy though at almost 185 grams

but then those are meant for the young people
