I am looking for a wet/dry vacuum cleaner with reusable filter. i.e. no recurring cost.

Should have enough/good suction and be VFM so that I may not repent buying it later.

I was going to buy one, but opted for a Dyson V12s instead, as it was much lighter.

I have a wet and dry Amazon basics vacuum as well, but using it was a pain because it was so loud, as is the case with most wet/dry cleaners. So, we ended up barely using it.
Also, for wet cleaning you have to be careful, because the container fills up really fast, and then the water enters the motor and can kill it.
And these are corded vacuums, so make sure you have enough plug points on your roof and in your corridors.
Suction wise, I'm sure they're all fine. Buy the one with the biggest water tank.

But, if you can afford it, buy something cordless that doesn't make much noise. You'll get much more value out of it.
Most cordless vacuums have motorised heads, and they do a much better job than regular corded vacuums.
Also, Amazon Prime Day should be in July, so if you're not in a hurry, you could wait till then.
