Help me decide on the device

Hey guys!

I want to buy a 3g usb modem. i have the following two shortlists (on the basis of the letsbuy 500 off coupon )

1. Buy Micromax 3G Data Card - MMX 310G at Best Price in India
2. Buy Alcatel X220 at Best Price in India

Now the only thing is i am unable to make up my mind about 3.6 vs 7.2. also, if these are bad devices, kindly let me know so i can look only at huawei.

Go for the 7.2 ones or 21.1 ones for future proof. Many networks are 7.2 ready in most places. Huawei modems have updated dashboards and firmwares available over internet and better support information.

On the outset it seems that Alcatel X220 seems a good fit but I haven't read anyone using it on TE ??

dude leave letsbuy 500 off coupons and try for ebay bidding with a discount coupon. I am pretty sure u can get a huawei 7.2 mbps modem for 1.7~2.1K.

Micromax is 3.6 mbps modem (you can get a 3.6 mbps one for 1.3~1.5K in ebay) and alcatel is ~2k with coupon.
