It don't matter if the phone is with or without stock ROM or has been hard spled or not..

Well no fixed budget but just to give you an idea, My friend got an offer for a brand new T Mobile ones from US delivered at 18K.. and he is not taking that...
 
Why do u expect someone wud part with a hd2 for 12-15k

Android is now absolutely flawless with so many custom roms at disposal even more options than the galaxy s!!!!

I don't think there is anything wrong with that, most of the peeps who offered me the deal were asking more money than the new price in US ( if I want to import it ie.. my friend is in touch with the importers but still waiting for some good news regarding it :)

if u want a phone at the cost u mentioned, get a aramex S&S account , buy from Ebay USA n ship it to that account , would get a fairly new phone and in the price u quoted (maybe cheaper)
 
^^ Thanks mate, I am looking at that option too :) but just wanted to know if some Indian phone is for sale which is number one in my priority.. my friend is averse to getting one from abroad !! thats why, if itwas me I would have gotten from Ebay or wherever by now.
