I m new to the OC world. I read few articles and did some R&D on my system. I was able to move upto 3.2Ghz from 2.8 on stock cooler without playing with volts (frankly i dont know how to tweak them
). I changed both fsb and multiplier [215X15]. I was surprised that cpu temps reached max 46C after stress test and hours of crysis on enthusiast mode. I am not planning to buy cpu cooler for next couple of months. Would it be right for me to try clocking up further with stock cooler - may be upto 3.4Ghz?
Also, my RAM is DDR3 1333Mhz and after raising FSB, AOD shows RAM freq as 718Mhz. does it mean 718X2 = 1436 for DDR3 or its just 718Mhz. Pls suggest me if i have gone wrong somewhere.
