Help me select a 1 ton Air Conditioner

I have a small bedroom measuring around 10*12 and require an AC within 30k for it. I've shortlisted the following models:

Any ideas on which one is the best to go for? How are Hitachi and Panasonic compared to Daikin and Carrier?

My usage will be mostly 6-7 hours during the night. Need urgent replies since i'll mostly be buying it today itself.
 
I would recommend the HItachi, as my neighbour has it and only has good things to say about it. However if you plan to use full night, then I would recommend you stretch for the 5 star model if you can, as you would save on electricity.
 
I was also in the same boat. Ended up Buying Sharp AH-XP13PET. Got it at 37,500 Installed. It's working as expected. I have a 10x12 and I set the temp at 27 Degrees, It runs at 0.6-0.7 after the room is cooled. The compressor also shuts down intermittently and it just runs in fan mode. :)

It is turning out to be an efficient cooler and It is very quiet in operation.

Does the fan unit continue to run...? Even when the compressor is not on a duty cycle. I have five Panasonic splits. The compressor goes off, and the fan continues to run a minimal. At this point the unit load is negligible. I check this using my apartments load display / vend display unit.
 
My sharp inverter used to shut down , fan used to run when i had bought it 2013, currently after loosing some of its efficiency even in current not so hot weather in delhi it goes to a min of 0.5 KW , earlier it was 0.1 Kwatt.
