Help needed for a new CPU

My old PC with intel 4 processor crashed today.It was 7-8 years old.Now I want to buy a new CPU with Intel I3 processor.

I need best configuration such as motherboard,RAM, Hard Disk . I want to purchase these items online. I will purchase the Cabinet and SMPS locally. Please help me out.

CPU - Intel I3
Motherboard - any compatible motherboard
RAM - 4GB
Hard Disk-320GB atleast.(i want more but as the hard disk price gone up so much that I cannot afford 1TB as of now)

Q: Is this going to be your final configuration or you would be adding/upgrading a component in near future. If yes then please mention when and which component

Yes, will upgrade the following within 6 months
a.Hard Disk- Will like add one more hard disk after prices goes down.
b. GPU- I will like to add one in future.

Q: Where will you buy this hardware? (Online/City/TE Dealer)

a.Open to online purchase-Suggest me good site where I can buy the products at cheaper rate and if possible with EMI option.

Q: What is your intended use for this PC/hardware

Gaming(I am want to use it for occasional game playing)
Browsing
Desktop Processing(Family photos and home made Video Processing)
Download -Will download at night for 6 hours(Occasionally)

Q: Are you looking to overclock?

Q: Which operating system do you intend to use with this configuration?

Ram-Corsair value ram 4gb-1.2k

Hdd-Seagate Barracuda 320gb-4.5k

Psu-corsair cx430 v2-2.1k or seasonic s12ii 430w-2.6k,you will need higher watt psu if you are going to get the gpu beyond hd6850.

Case-NZXT gamma-2.1k

Win 7 home basic-5.6k

Intel 2nd Generation Core i3 2100 3.10GHz Processor CPU -6.5K

Seagate Barracuda 1TB-5.7K

Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2P-B3 H61- 3.7K(Could not get the Intel DH67BL-B3 online)

4GB Transcend DESKTOP DDR3 1333MHZ-1.2K(Could not get Corsair value ram 4gb from a reliable seller on Ebay.in)

Hope this will make a good configuration.Thanks for your help.
