^ if he dont wanna OC, stick to E8500 3.16G, Quad @ stock will not wake above mentioned beasts, why he needs quad for gaming ??

Some One said him that "Quad core is much batter for gaming " ,and after that he want Quad core :@ :@

If u OC ur Quaddy more than 3.2-3.4 it wont bottle neck anything , infact most games coming out in the near future will take full advantage of the cores.Get a Q9450 if u plan on a Quad Core.

so going for a quaddy is a nice idea , "IF" u plan to overclock if not then stick to sidhu's rig.

Try to get 4850 CF setup which gives much better FPS for a mere 30-50$. TRUE would be better imho cuz no idea of Xigmatek.

Is'nt the Sunbeam CCF a better alternative to the Xigmatek? That too it has a set of 4 heat pipes..instead of 3 in the Xigmatek.

^^even i didnt get tht...:S...
sidhu's config seems pretty good...wud recommend saitek eclipse keyboard..
also....gettin a quad is recommended coz future games will take up more cores...

@hacker,Wing,i meant for him to get 2 4850 instead of a 4870.:)

@Bionics, but True 120X has 6 heatpipes which is even better. :)

But that would set you back by atleast 1k more compared to the Sunbeam when you include a good fan for the TRUE.....but for a monster rig of this sort...it does'nt matter..:hap2:

get a 4870X2, E8500/Q9450, P5Q Dlx/Biostar I45, Corsair TX650/750 and 4 GB Gskill RAM 1066Mhz from KMD

Cooler - go for xigmatek/sunbeam or OCZ Vendetta2

"Have Money, Will Splurge" - Simple
