Hey friends, i went to the market today, they provided me some choices.

In MSI: They are giving me a good deal for CR 420 which has core 13 processor for 25k

Another good deal they are providing me is Samsung R439 which has a Intel Dual Core processor (P6100) for 21300 and Acer Aspire 4738z ( P6200 ) for almost same price and same config.

Hi, friends i am getting this config tomorrow please suggest is this the best i can get under 35k+- cat..

The Studio 14 has been discontinued. From where did you get the quote?
Config is weird since the mobo you mentioned is for older gen. Core 2 Duo processors(Intel 965PM/GM Express Chipset). The i5 460M will work with mobile H55/H57 chipsets only.
Also the graphics of i5 460M is Intel HD Graphics. Intel GMA 4500MHD is the IGP of a G41 motherboard.

The config i got from that person was this, rest i added after searching on internet just to make the configuration complete.
