My relative is using an e61 with blackberry connect. He is facing the following problems:
1. Battery level fluctuates.
2. The BB connect inbox holds 500 messages in the inbox. He has 2 inboxes, one for the bb account and one for the pop3 fwd. Sometimes, roughly 24 of the newest messages get deleted from the pop inbox bringing the level down to under 500 messages (eg 476). Anyclue as to wht this happens. If anything, it should be only deleting the oldest messages when the no. exceeds 500.
If anyone is recommending updating the nokia firmware and bb connect software, what is the best way to take a back up of all data including the contacts and mails in the bb connect inbox.
