Ok guys I have XP installed on Laptop. Now everything was working well and fine until some hours back.
Then I switched on the laptop and it refuses to start up now. The XP logo and loading screen comes but after that there is just a blank screen with the cursor being present but windows does not start.
So i decided to put the bootable xp setup cd in the drive and do a repair installation but when I start XP setup it says
"Setup did not find any hard disk drives installed in your computer and some more crap and then it says setup can not continue"
Now what can I do to fix this? It was perfectly fine until 6 hours back but now it just refuses to work
