help needed with GRID patch 1.1 and 1.2

Hi all,

need some help with these patches, i downloaded these patches and when i run the exe, it's not installing the files in the GRID folder. 1.1 installed all the files in my crogramfiles/grid folder (this directory was not there, it made and dumped all the files there). 1.2 did even worst, it dumped everything in c:windows. my game is installed in other drive/folder.

can any one help me out on this.

i got the game from one of my friend, he did a dvd copy for me.

and what is team jpn
