Graphic Cards Help needed

AFAIK i know BIG 6600 256MB DDRcosts Rs.5850/- as given in this month DIGIT magazine. But advice you to go for 6600GT.
 
I can't get BIG pcie cards in my little town (150 KM south from Madurai,TAMILNADU).Only XFX & Leadtek cards are available here.Which is the best pcie in the above two brands(XFX & Leadtek)
 
Thanks a lot friends.Now I change my vendor.I am going to get the Leadtek6600Gt PCIE (i will try to get BIG). The price given by my new vender for the Leadtek 6600Gt PCIE is Rs.9K +4.2%Tax.Is it OK.
And also I upgrade my Monitor to 17" in near future.
 
Another confusion.My new vendor tells me XFX 6600GT 256MB PCIE is available for 11.6K.It is better than the 6600GT 128MB card.Can i go for the 256MB 6600GT card?

I think you can go for that if you can afford it. The present games wont utilise the 256Mb but in future it will be helpfull to you. As for the price i can tell you tommorrow night coz i am going to buy the 6600GT 128MB tommorrow. If ya can PM me before 1pm tommorrow to remind me. I think instead of XFX you can go for BIG or Leadtek. Well i'll let you know the price of all the 3 brands by tommorrow night.ok

And then when u get a chennai quote, go to ur dealer, tell him the chennai quote and bargain so that he gives the 6600GT to you at not more than 5% over Chennai prices
