PC Peripherals Help on Mobo and Graphics replacement.

Hi,

Looks like my mobo and graphics card decided to quit almost together.
The Graphics card is a 8800GTS 512 OC
and the Mobo is the TP35D2-A7

Can anyone suggest replacement for these (lowest cost possible and available in India)
I have Core 2 Quad and DDR2 800 ram.
Graphics card equaliant or better in the budget range (play the occasional CoD)
Nothing fancy with the Mobo.

Gigabyte G31-ES2L - had used it as a replacement for an Abit X38 board that went kaput. Pretty cheap (approx. 2.2k) and works well.

What is the budget for the card?
 
My LGA 775 board(nforce 650i) had recently conked off as well. After much deliberations went out to buy the Giga G31 ES2L. Instead, bought the ASUS P5G41C for some 2,425 INR inclusive. The black PCB, all solid caps, layout(specially of the SATA ports) and both DDR2/DDR3 compatibility triumphed over the fear of indulging with Rashi.
 
@dargangel : sounds good. but how is it go up with Sapphire ATI Radeon HD5450 1GB DDR3? better or worse, cus I just say this for 3.5k.

is there an alternative to the Asus board?

Sorry mate, but isn't the OP's current 8800gts superior to the ATI HD4670 in performance ??
