Laptops HELP - RAM for my lappy!

Hey Guys,

i have a Acer Aspire 5000 with me for almost 5-6yrs now
as you might know, it has 192MB of ram!!
(dont ask me how i tolerate it)

well it does everything i need....but
everything it does seems to be slow!!

after my research, i decided to go for a full gig..

now problem is nowhere can i find what ram fits in this thing!!
please advice what 1gb ram is compatible with this laptop (mhz and stuff)
and where can i get it (in mumbai)
[still not comfortable ordering online :( ]
