Help - Ran Duplicate file finder - Now cursor not working

Please help, I installed duplicate file finder and now the cursor is not working, The controls on the laptop as well as the mouse. But the keyboard works just fine, Tried activating mousekeys as well, This option is also is not getting activated.
 
If you've deleted the files to recycle bin you could try to restore them :huh:

btw you shouldn't have run that software on the windows folder
 
The touchpad is working now, can someone tell me how to get the mouse working again, tried the add hardware option, no luck :-(
