Storage Solutions Help required for RMA : Seagate

I have a seagate HDD which has 4 years warranty on it still.. I went through the website to avail warranty and they ask no questions!! In the last step they ask me to ship it to chennai..

I am somewhat not sure if I want to do this?? will they send me a new HDD??

I am not able to format one section of the HDD.. and hence am not able to install windows...Please help.. urgent..

Thanks dude. No need of that now.. downloaded Seatools and low level formatted my drive.. everything is fine now
