Help: Small Photoshop Help Needed

guyz,

I am ZERO in Photo-shop so pls help me on this.

I want to have a image of size 52x52px like this (the Green Frame) -

The image has a FRAME which I painted as Green.
But, the frame (Green zone) will be like Vista-Glass like look and feel just like the Blue and Green folders shown as example.

Please make it for me....

i guess he wants to make the green box with the glass effect like the folders.

I need a 52x52px image containing a FRAME as shown in the example (green frame).

Middle of the frame will be empty.... other PIC will be placed using HTML-CSS.

The problem is, currently, its just a green frame while doesn't look cool. Flat type :(

If possible, I want that green frame will look like Vista-Glass effect just like those cool folder images.
 
Is it not as simple as making one box with the glass effect (52/52px) and overlaying another box with white inside it (say 45/45px)? Am I missing something?
 
^ you are quite right, except -

It will be a rounder box.

It should look sexy :P

I need TWO versions - Green Frame and Blue Frame.
 
^ I already told you, I am ZERO in photoshop and neither have the software.

It will take me hours to do this by myself, but for a expert, it will take 5 mins.

So, pls make it for me..... don't post tutorials.

Help please
