Help!! Upload Speed sucks on my PC.

My motherboard is Asrock b650m pro rs, with 2.5Gbit ethernet. I'm using win 11 and I have been getting the best speed I could from my ISP plan.
It was fine a few days ago, I was getting almost 400 Mbps upload.
I have tried uninstalling drivers, changing ethernet cable, Changing ports on router, but now I can not get more than 50-60mbps upload.
I have tried everything from Microsoft posts to reddit but nothing works.
And yes I'm getting good upload on phone and laptop. Just having problem on this Pc.

Check in other device if possible that you are getting the same upload speed or not.. if same then you know whats wrong

There should not be any problem with pc, I had the same issue good upload on phone & laptop but 50mbps on pc.
I did nothing and it went to normal on its own after a few days. and now its back to 50 mbps.

Run the command on Powershell and under config, press Reset Network.

Maybe something went wrong in software or hardware, probably the ethernet driver or controller?

That's what I can't figure out. I really don't wanna reinstall windows coz of stupid upload speed. But I do need good upload speed.

For the Laptop and phone, are you using the same ethernet cable?

If not, could you change the ethernet cable and check once?

Already checked the ethernet cable is working fine.

Check your router's settings page to ensure no hard upload limits are set.

No limited checked that the last time it happened too,

There is no setting that seems to be causing this, It's like the ethernet port on my pc just decided not to give me the full upload speed.

Why dont you make a bootable linux mint and test it without installing. Linux let you browse desktop before installing, which has firefox preinstalled

I dunno if you tried these already but I execute the following commands if I think something is wrong with my PC's network settings (You need to open cmd in admin mode to execute the netsh commands):

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns

netsh int tcp reset
netsh int ipv4 reset
netsh int ipv6 reset
netsh int udp reset
