help !!! virus attack

hi!!
couple of months ago i was not able to see the run option in the start menu and the task manager was disabled and whenever i opened IE it took me to coolpicsdotcom and then it starts loading porn images after googling over this issue, i downloaded SDfix from the net which was to be run in safe mode and my problem was solved ..
but now the same thing has come up again after i used one of the pen drives from office..
now the symtoms are the same,no run option,disabled taskbar,hijacked browser,unable to go to registry..but whenever i try to start my comp in safe mode it restarts leaving me helpless coz SDfix can be run only in safe mode...
really having a bad time any help would be really appreciated.

Remove IE7. use restore point.

I got same problem, except porn site - it opens bigadda.com etc. etc and open IE browsers in 100s non stop, a week back, none of available AV or spyware or trojanunter worked, FORMATE HDD and this time keep away from IE7. :mad:
 
Some virus's may stop you from installing virus/spyware fixing tools, if that is the case... there are some online virus scanners you can use too... this worked for me once.
 
Well you havent said whether you have fixed your problem yet, so im assuming you havent. But I would just format the computer and install everything again. I am always doing this, and its really easy. In a few hours you'll have your computer running in tip top shape!
