Help with XP 64

I recently installed XP Pro x64 and installed all the x64 drivers that came with my mobo......I'm using Realtek HD Audio.........
The problem is that in control panel, it shows no sound device......
therefore i'm unable to play audio on my comp
I even installed the x64 audio driver from realtek but still doesn't work

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

rebooted? what does device manager show?

show this under UAA Bus Driver for HD Audio

Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)

can you try to locate/download updated/latest driver matching your mobo/sound model?

Fixed the prob.......downloaded new UAA Bus Driver x64.......
