ManAlthough the performance is excellent for the price, and I’m planning to upgrade in a few months, I’m hesitant to buy an AMD GPU again due to stability issues and other random problems I experienced with my 6700XT (ASUS TUF RX 6700 XT OC Edition). For example, I had screen flickering and occasional blackouts for a second, which many other ASUS TUF 6700XT users have reported. I also experienced consistent crashes in Shadow of the Tomb Raider at exactly the same location when using DX12, an issue reported by many 6700XT users. I had to switch to DX11 to get past that point. Additionally, there were micro-stutters in Cyberpunk 2077 and few other games & other minor inconveniences.
I'm excited about the 9070 XT but am still unsure after my experience with the 6700XT.
I would recommend waiting for about 2 months after the launch to gauge the driver situation and then arrive at the conclusion.Although the performance is excellent for the price, and I’m planning to upgrade in a few months, I’m hesitant to buy an AMD GPU again due to stability issues and other random problems I experienced with my 6700XT (ASUS TUF RX 6700 XT OC Edition). I would say about 65k basically (usd to inr)x1.2, that would be the base price add another $30 for a reputable OEM. So,Whats the expected cost of 9070xt in India from good OEM?
Yes I also saw the same in Reddit about local prices.Dont know how true it is but saw on reddit sapphire 9070XT was quoted 96750rs
Can you link the same? Also that might just be early pricing and that is mostly how newer GPUs are priced at the start, the 5070Ti initially was being listed for 1.3L and now has come down to 1.05LDont know how true it is but saw on reddit sapphire 9070XT was quoted 96750rs
I called and checked with a few retailers myself and was quoted a similar price.. absurdly laughable pricing if it doesn't change come launch dayDont know how true it is but saw on reddit sapphire 9070XT was quoted 96750rs
What's your guess on where the 9060 series will fall in the price stack and its performance? Coz I might buy it if it performs similarly to a 4070 or a 7800 XT at 40-45k.I would say about 65k basically (usd to inr)x1.2, that would be the base price add another $30 for a reputable OEM. So,
Base= 62k
Good Card=65k
At max it would be 70k and that is if the availability is low.
AMDs 9060 series of graphic cards are officially launching in Q2 2025
It is offical and I think it will most probably be in April along with the 5060 launch just like the 9070 series are launching with the 5070. But it could be anywhere between April-June, i.e. Q2.

can't wait for them to come to India at 150% MSRPAMD through David McAfee (VP & GM of Ryzen CPU and Radeon graphics) on X announced that the Radeon 9000 series GPUs will go on sale in March of this year. Even though there were many rumours of the 9000 series launching in January they have been shut down by AMD, there is no update on the when the launch event will be for the 9000 series of GPUs. Many retailers already received the stock of 9070 and 9070XT GPUs in early January and it has also been confirmed that some reviewers received them as early as late December which might explain the Chiphell performance leaks. If the rumours are to be believe the cause of the bumpy launch is the price pressure on AMD caused by Nvidia lowering the launch prices of their 70 and 80 series cards from the last generation. It can be assumed that AMD were surprised by the "competitive" prices offered by Nvidia and need a to revise their own pricing. A blessing in disguise is that once officially released the series should have large stock available. So hopefully AMD won’t disappoint with pricing and FSR4 will be ready as well.

You can compare the rumoured specs and read the article on Videocardz: https://videocardz.com/newz/amd-confirms-radeon-rx-9070-series-launching-in-march
The 9060 series will reportedly target a sub $400 price point so the price here should definitely be under 45k, could even be under 40k for the 9060 XT and the performance of the 9060 XT will probably match that of the 7900 GRE/4070 SUPER in raster and you can expect the 9060 to cost and perform about 15-20% less than that.What's your guess on where the 9060 series will fall in the price stack and its performance? Coz I might buy it if it performs similarly to a 4070 or a 7800 XT at 40-45k.
Yeah I am not too sure about that pricing, I think that is just scalpers trying to cash into the early hype, I have contacted about 5 different sapphire gpu distributors and all of them have said the same thing that the cards will be available on 6th March and there's no update on pricing yet. 96k for MRP that should be close to 62k seem like quite the markup and even if go by 50 series standard that is too much. Even by 50 series markup standards the price shouldn't be more than 75k.It won't be 150% of MSRP forever, though. At this moment, it would arrive at 200% MSRP (assuming 599 USD is directly converted to INR and then used as a base for calculating). There're already reports of the 9070XT coming at around ₹96000.
Any modern card would bottleneck on non uefi systems even if all features are enabled.
Looks like to full take advantage of the 9000 series users will have to have a system that supports full UEFI mode, resizable bar and preferably have a CPU form the Ryzen 5000 series or higher.
