RE600 V2 from hifiman with 3.5mm balanced pin, a 3.5mm balanced to 3.5mm unbalanced adapter is provided in the box.
One side dust and earwax filter is slightly pushed inwards, which is shown with a macro shot below. However it didn't make any issues with sound for me.
