I am looking at around 30Ah of capacity, preferably 3ah+ per cell. and yeah robu.in is quite expensive for dense cells. It should be much cheaper to extract cells from right power bank.

I have only bought cheap 18650s from makerbazar.in for small projects but for a high capacity battery pack, I personally would prefer a LiFePO4 based battery pack like this:

This is supposed to be quite compact for the offered capacity and good quality with warranty as well.
 
Powerbanks these days come with lipo batteries, I bought a couple of tp link power banks on some website for cheap which had good quality 2600mah LG batteries , not sure if u can still find them though
