Budget Above 25K High end (6GB RAM) mobile with FM radio

Hi Folks,

I am looking for a new android device with FM radio, as thats the one thing i have sorely missed from my nokia E71 and the damn samsung Note 3 doesnt have it.
I have been looking but its a peculiar requirement and tough to find.
The phone must be near high-end
6GB RAM
Snapdragon 820-821
good camera/battery.

Can you guys help me.

i never used any samsung phone can't comment whether it will work or not on note 3 if you use note 3 i suggest you try installing few apps and use it and youc an always root it and modify the registry file to make it work in case it doesnt unless samsung specifically locked the radio implementation in HARDWARE THEN THAT WOULD BE A DIFFERENT CASE ALTOGETHER.
