90K+ High End Gaming Rig - To wait or not?

Dear members,

Currently I have narrowed it down to the following components -
  1. Intel's Devil Canyon i7 4790K
  2. Asus ROG XZ97 RANGER VII
  3. Nvidia 780Ti
  4. CM Storm Stryker
  5. BluRay RW
  6. 2 x 128 GB GB SSDs (To put them in RAID 0)
  7. 2 TB 7200 RPM WD HDD
  8. Corsair 850W SMPS
  9. CM Liquid Cooling kit
  10. 23" 1080p Monitor
  11. Basic Gaming KB & Mouse
The question I want to ask is - If you were to build a gaming rig with a budget of 1.5 L (max.) would you go on and take up whatever is currently present in the market or wait for -
  1. Haswell-E line of processors
  2. DDR4 Ram
  3. X99 Chipset based motherboards
  4. Nvidia 8 series GPUs
So, for those who like objectivity, here are the exact small questions -

1. Upon their release in India, would I be able to buy i7-5930K, Nvidia 880 GTX, 16 GB DDR4 RAM, ASUS ROG X99 MoBo + other items listed above for the same budget (1.5L)?

2. Will getting X99 chipset and boarding the DDR4 train in its early stages make my rig more future proff than sticking with DDR3 Z97? I mean will DDR4 really be a game changer?

3. Does anyone have an idea what is cheaper - Nehru Place Delhi or Flipkart.com?

4. Any other comments/ suggestions on the rig are welcome as well.

Thanks!

>i7 5930K will be like 30K+ when it comes to India. Those are enthusiast level chips after all.
>IMO, LGA2011 platform won't be very much needed if your primary usage is just gaming. Settle for a i7 4790K, it will suffice just fine.
>DDR4 RAMs will take at least a year for prices to be stable. Now, they cost 7K for a 4GB stick.
>Yeah, about GPU you might fit a GTX980/970(Nvidia is releasing 9xx skipping the 8xx series).
>Local prices are usually cheaper. Anyway, can you mention exact model of the products you've decided to buy.

Cheers,
Manjeet :)

You could probably skip the Haswell-E line and move directly to Broadwell. That may also provide sufficient time for the DDR4 sticks to drop in price and allow for some stability. Or even better spend less and wait on Skylake.
