High Pings to Most Servers

Suddenly since a week or so my ping to all Singapore and Malaysia TF2 servers including E-club, Star Hub, and GameSync have shot up to 400+ from being a decent 150 . .have no idea whats going on ,as my pings to VS and IGL servers are the same and even to a few Korean servers are the same.

I talked to Death Knight [BSNL] and he was also facing this problem. I am on Tata [Pune] btw .Even Jumping up n down was facing this problem. .and hes all the way in Saudi Arabia. .

Any idea whats the MATTER ???
 
underground cables cut because of an anchor .. i am getting 500+ pings on BF2 servers where i used to get around 170 .. now this is happening since january.. maybe the new routing that has been done is permanent i beleive as there is no relief whatsoever :|
 
Ya that cable cut that had occurred was fixed and my pings got back to normal after that. . now this has been happening since the past week. . has there been any recent event of this nature ?
 
i also have the problem of High pings to US World of warcraft server, i generally had 400-500ms pings but now i always get 1 k + pings

yes without any lag :hap2:

but in massive PVP fights its unplayable ..the framerates drop to 15-20 from 100 and the ping jumps up to 800 ms :@

edit : by massive i mean 100 players fighting :)
 
These pings are sad guys switch to Airtel, I get pings of 60-70ms on all StarHub and malaysian/Sg servers!!!...Also I am from Chennai so that also helps...but serious Airtel rockzz....I have a 384kbps connection.

But atleast us TF2 users have been facing this problem for 8-9 days only, how is a 3 month old problem responsible for this :huh: , have the cables been re-routed again?
 
Yes, they are my friend.. last i knew one of the hathway idiots telling me that the cables are going to be re-routed atleast 3 times more in this year.. and that was about a week back. internet's in a mess - i can say that.. :|
 
Well the pings to all Star Hub servers got fixed [Back to 100+]but E-Club still hovers around the 350 mark :(
 
i don't t have any problem at my ping using garena server i pay any games such cod4 dota cs at any serv foor track down some unknown member for normal ping ;)

Same here man.. more importantly getting 400+ to Gamesync, will have to just spec today i guess. :(
