Laptops High temps for a netbook?

Having an acer aspire one 751h ...

CPU(Atom Z520@1.33Ghz) temps-

i get temps around 34°~35° while downloading no matter if it's running for 48hrshyeah:

today i noticed that while i was updating my OS which demanded some special CPU juice...my temps went beyond 44°:S infact anything eating more than 50 % CPU juice results in temps far beyond 40°!

is it okay for a netbook?

I get the temp like 50+ on my Atom 270. I guess its normal.
