Hindi movie songs' Lyric files

I am not sure if it is ok to ask this here or not. If Mods believe it is against the policy please free to delete / close this thread.

I want to know any website / source from where i can get lyric files (.lrc) of hindi songs. These files can be read by certain MP3 players.
Any pointer in this regard will be appreciated.

* Unlike English songs that have their lyrics readily available as .lrc files, you'll have a tough time finding the same for hindi bollywood songs.

* If you have the time to find the lyrics(google is your answer) and create .lrc files on your own, visit the following link :

Document Management, Measure tool, Clipboard Enhancement, Email Tools, Mp3/Wma player, Lyrics, Pocket PC, PPC, SMS, FireWall, Smartphone, PDA

^ It's quite simple but tedious.

I guess embedding lyrics in the songs should also work in MP3 players? You can embed lyrics in songs using Mediamonkey or Songbird.

I just downloaded on hindi song lyric available there of the song soniyo. I downloaded the song and renamed both the lyric and song file same and kept in my MP3 player and it did display the lyrics :hap2:



Only problem is that the scrolling is slow in my MP3 player

Nifty useless feature to have in the MP3 player hyeah:

^ Well, that's where the TIMING (for .lrc files) comes into picture.

One can always add (lyrics) text files to the player and scroll through it while the listening to the song.
