Storage Solutions Hitachi HDD RMA Help Needed

Made mistake of purchasing 3 Hitachi 250 GB HDD,s from Chandigarh, 2 worked fine- but 1 never worked, can not be detected.
I created a RMA with Hitachi GST, and was advised to send the HDD to
UPS Logistics Pvt Ltd, in Thane
in the meantime- today got a mail from Hitachi GST that RMA is available only to citizens of Bangalore,Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kochi and areas under Mumbai Municipal Corporation only ! God !!
Anyways can anyone help in this matter ? Please this is urgent.

( In future have sworn never to even touch a Hitachi HDD with bargepole- Seagate last year provided at home RMA. in Shimla )
 
Seek advise from where you purchased those HDD's. Call them. They should help you regarding RMA. Myself and my friends all have Hitachi HDD here in Gujarat, and our's is working fine. And the dealer said it has 3 years warranty. In your list of states, you even didn't mentioned Gujarat.
