But dont know why, even i am finding something fishy about this listing.
 
its def some scam .. he probably going to ask to transfer money via some other means to bypass ebay charges .. like a wire transfer perhaps

I so agree with Khanvis. He will definitely ask you to do a wire transfer and scam you.
 
some one could have hacked into this account and listed it like this. My ebay US account was once hacked but luckily nothing much happened before everything was reversed. This happened in 2001 though.
