still not received the product which is already 6days from shipped, what is happening?? Aramex which is by far not the best one beyond metro cities i think.. could you please do something Pristine..
 
^ I am extremely sorry for the delay that has been caused . There have been some issues with delivery in Kolkata due to lack of franchise/ service areas. Your package seems to be handed over to a 3rd party courier for delivery on 19th and it should have been delivered by now. I request you to contact the Kolkata Aramex office @ (33) 33003300 and ask them to make sure it is delivered as soon as possible .

We will escalate the issue with the local office of Aramex here with whom we have the tie-up. :)

Received package today in excellent condition.. thanks a ton pristine though a little problem in courier service.. sound quality great as i expected :D
