Techie I would beg to differ. In fact in today's paper BSNL has given an ad. in the Indian Expess last page where the plan 900 UL + is being talked about & they're saying bfone+UL 900+ for Rs. 900/- only. They've given 2 toll free nos. 1500 as well as 1800 424 1600 so you can always ask them what the situation is. I just wish I could scan it.

I got transferred 2 UL 900+ from H500 in June itself w/o any extra payments(till the nx8 bill of-course)!
Need any more proof
