How are Sennheiser LX90?

Ebay is offering Sennheiser LX90 for 990 - 15% discount for HDFC customers = Rs.841

How is this deal? Are these headphones worth the money?
 
Quite decent, Spidee has em and ive used used them as well

Bass Reproduction is good and has a bit flat mid response which sounds clean :)
