How do i cut the Side Panel of my Cabinet?

I am upgrading my system and will be buying a new PSU so it won't look that bad plus will be adding a neon rod(Blue color)too . Now about the acrylic sheet i will get it screwed to the panel,I am dropping the idea of tape.

About Fans i wanted to ask, as my new cpu will be AMD Phenom II X6 1055T with stock cooler. Where should i add the fans and i haven't thought about which GPU i will buy but most probably it will be of ATI HD7.9k Series. Right now it is HD5770.

So i wanted to ask where should i place the fans and how should be the air flow? Total fans i will buy will be 3 or if required 4.

There is no way a 79xx GPU will fit in that cabinet, you would need a much bigger one. Even a 6870 won't fit in that.

It will..It's not a Mini-ATX that it won't and as i will buy the card most probably after 4-5 months so if it does'nt then i'll buy a new one cause i'm doing this just for fun and till then it'll be enough for me cause my system is going reallyy hot these days.
