Here's what I use for earphone/headphone cord management:

1. Right at the top of the first pic, the EP630s are in a skullcandy earphone case.
2. On the left, the blue fishbone from DX.
3. On the right/bottom, the Sennheiser HD202 with included cord winder.

I've included a shot of the skullcandy case. It's got this foam thing in the middle that you put your earphones in and wind the cord around. I've got a lanyard on it too.
