How do you wire funds outside India for software payments?

I've bought a new server on Hetzner and they're asking me for a pre-payment done using wire transfer. Wise does not support transfer for anything other than education / travel. I once asked HDFC and they're asking for too many documents that I don't have. Finally had to get some help with someone outside India to pay. Atleast Hetzner accepts payments from other people's account. But what do you do in the case that you've to transfer funds from your own account?

Create Virtual Debit card. Almost all Indian Banks are offering virtual debit cards and wise also offers it.
When my nieces Amazon account in US was blocked because she filed for non delivery of items she used virtual debit card to order from Amazon US.

This. They said subsequent payments can be done using card but pre-payment can only be done using wire transfer. I think this issue only exists in developing nations and all developed nations permit wire transfer for personal reasons with / without wise.

My question: It's not that easy to wire money out of India. Is it possible for you to share any payment link that I can pay through my Visa / MasterCard?
Their answer: No, this is not possible.

It's the first time I'm hearing for a wire transfer from a company for other than business or education purposes.
You can ask Western Union or other money transfer service providers locally if bank doesn't help.

Did you try visiting your local branch ?
Yes,
As long as it's for a first relative / gift, they don't ask any questions. But any other purpose code than personal / education / medical / tourism, they don't know and they ask for a lot of documentation.

Think only AD 1 banks are authorized to do any transfers outside personal reasons. That's the main problem. And bank guys also don't know because there's only one forex office per zone. So they simply tell they can't do. I had to threaten HDFC bank representative to get him to start process on moving funds for a foreign investment account and I didn't get it done because of personal reasons. But I'm not sure how difficult it'd been. I don't want to go through that hassle again just to get a machine on a cloud provider.

I don't want this to be a rant thread. My question is has anyone transferred funds to purchase any equipment / software from outside India? What documents did you submit? How long did it take to get approval?

I have paid once for buying in game items with Zynga
Made couple of business related payments as well..
All via SBI local branch only.
Little documentation was required, but since payments were made from Company Account, not much hassle.

Do you remember what documents you submitted for this? Would really help me on what to expect.
As far as i can remember, they required our company details (account was opened in same branch)
So most of part, they covered themselves.
Nearly decade old transactions.
I had to visit branch to sign some documents after everything was done. (thats all i could remember)
Those documents/details were managed by a family member

use debit card. works well. CC will not work due to RBI policy to not store data on their server.
