CPU/Mobo How does core 2 duo proccy function

this is what iim getting kumar settings are right... core 2 is not comin alive only. im scared now dunno wht im doing wrong or what ?

 
in the options, check only CPU test (either the 1st or the last option)

If even then it does not use the second core, im guessing its a BIOS issue.
 
so its official right my second core is not at all active. what to do please help anyone. this is annoying now :(. if vios issues how to sort it
 
ok well i just played a little on the bios and found out the 2nd core was disabled. and it was not working all along. i knew something was wrong for sure and there it was. working now all cool. thanks a lot everyone who helped.
