Have a HP ink cartridge that's just about 4 months old and already dried up. Ink status says its still full, plus I printed a few pages at the most, so it hasn't run out of ink.

The warranty is up to 6 months, but I don't find any info on their process. Any idea how HP ink cartridge warranty works?
 
Troubleshooting the cartridge isn't the purpose of this thread, since I've already done everything.
 
You need to visit HP service center.

They need a VAT invoice and if the cartridge's weight is more than a specified weight, they will give you a new cartridge.
