I have a 320GB Seagate HDD bought around 2 years back. I don't have the invoice anymore but is it still possible to check the warranty?

Can anyone help me here please.

Do take it to Accel, and make sure that you create an online profile at Accel Online : Accel Frontline Services

Another point that may work in your favour (not sure now, though, with all the supply issues) is that you may get an upgrade to a 500GB.

Good luck with your RMA after you get replacement, try to check your RMA'ed card by testing it with HDTune app too.

Now, this is not of the 320GB one. This is of the 160GB one which I was not using. I am thinking of selling it.

Does seagate 2.5 external 'Go' hdd (bought 1.5 yr ao) also require a bill/invoice for warranty purpose or NOT?....i think i too lost the invoic3e!

I suppose the op was asking about internal sata hdd & Not abt the Go 2.5 external hdd(which i have with lots of bad sectors & continiously failing) & hence my query?

Also,...how long does it take for the R.M.A of this?
