How good is NICC Bangalore

Well, I am in class 12th and its time for me to fill forms for colleges..

Was filling forms for engineering, I also thought to fill form for some photography courses, since I m much passionate about photography..
So that later there is no grievance that I didnt made a try in photography..

While searching for Undergraduate courses in photography I came across National Institute of Creative Communication [NICC] Bangalore..

Well they provide B.A./B.Sc. degree in visual arts and communication design..
They fairly state that they dont have a huge campus..

Now, I wish to know how good is this institution and hows its feedback from the people friendly with this institution..
Are they good practically also, or are just influencing on paper..??
Is it worth, even to fill the form for it??

Please Help!!!

I think the problem is, no one has heard of that college.

I've lived in B'lore all my life and this is the first I'm hearing of NICC.

SO, obviously you cannot expect opinions when people havent heard of it.
