How good is Unitedbank Home loan

Hi,

I need to go for a home loan and have two choices from the builder.

1. SBH ( 11.25 floating- first 3 yrs pre closure charges of 2%, if not from salary. After 3 yrs its nill)
2. United bank ( 10.7 floating -Not sure of rest of the details- United Bank of India).

can some one who used united bank advice me on this. I am actually planning to close this in 10 yrs max
